Tiki Classics Class
Make three classic tiki cocktails, learn about the history of Tiki and how to pick rum. All in the immersive setting of a Tiki bar, guided by Trader Nick. Small groups of a maximum of seven people so you get the best experience.
Tiki Classics Agenda
1.00pm - Collect From Station in 1978 Plymouth Voyager
1.15pm - Arrive at bar and settle in. Welcome drink (non-alcoholic cocktail). How the bar was built. Walk through the afternoon and logistics.
1.45pm - Cocktail : Hurricane. Nick makes the cocktail first and shows everyone all steps. Everyone else makes a Hurricane.
2.15pm - A brief history of Tiki while everyone enjoys their Hurricane
2.30pm - Cocktail : Three Dots and a Dash. Nick makes the cocktail first and shows everyone all steps. Everyone else makes a Three Dots and a Dash
3.00pm - Snack and a chance to explore garden and take photos
3.30pm - Cocktail : Mai Tai. Nick makes the cocktail first and shows everyone all steps. Everyone else makes a Mai Tai
4.00pm - Types of rum and what to use when.
4.30pm - Wrap up and return everyone to station.
